I've completely decided that I'm never going back to shop we have here. Both times I have brought my bike in (once for inspection and once for a tune-up) I found a problem that did not exist the day before I took the bike in. Add to that the fact that BOTH times I went in they opened late and closed early AND they were clearly morons based on the questions I asked about my bike.
My favorite question and answer:
Me: I'd like you do do a state inspection on my bike.
Them: Sorry, we won't be able to get to it for a week, we're low on parts.
Me: How do you know you'll need any parts - are you planning on breaking something?
Them: Um....
2 weeks later I got this headlight/horn problem. I sure as hell won't bring it back there to fix it!
